Mermaid Health reads your uploaded documents and generates a structured clinical summary.

Patient names never leave your device. Names are stripped before documents are processed by our secure summarisation engine, and reinserted into your summary afterwards.
Document content is sent to our secure server and processed by Anthropic's API — it is never stored, retained, or used for training. Nothing carries over between uses.
Patient details
The patient's name is used to find and anonymise them across all documents before processing. It never leaves your device.
This is the name that will appear in your summary — change it if you'd like to use a nickname or shortened version.
